• Specific information about our funds which are known as regulated funds under the European Union’s undertakings for the collective investment in transferable securities legislation (“UCITS”) and which have been “passported” into specific European Economic Area (“EEA”) jurisdictions (the “Passported UCITS Fund Information”); and
• Specific information about our UCITS funds which have not been “passported” into (but may otherwise be made available in), certain third country jurisdictions (the “Non-Passported UCITS Fund Information”).

The Content includes the prospectus, KIID and the latest periodic reports for each fund which are available free of charge from this Site. 

We restrict access to the Passported UCITS Fund Information and Non-Passported UCITS Fund Information as follows:
Passported UCITS Fund Information: This is set out in a password-restricted area of this Site and may only be accessed if you have registered and been granted access by us.  In order to be granted access to Passported UCITS Fund Information, you must certify during the registration process that you are an institutional investor and that you are incorporated in, or resident or domiciled in, specific jurisdictions into which the relevant fund has been passported. No other person may access or attempt to gain access to the Passported UCITS Fund Information on the password-restricted area of any site. 

Non-Passported Fund Information: This is also set out in a password-restricted area of this Site and may only be accessed if you have registered and been granted access by us.  In order to be granted access to Non-Passported UCITS Fund information, you must certify during the registration process that you are an institutional investor and that you are incorporated in, or resident or domiciled in, specific jurisdictions into which one or more of our funds have been registered for distribution with a local regulator and/or may be made available on a private placement basis subject to applicable law and regulation.  No other person may access or attempt to gain access to the Non-Passported Fund Information on the password-restricted area of any site.

Please note that, in either case, Site users will not be granted access to either the Non-Passported Fund Information or the Passported UCITS Fund Information unless they meet the criteria for being a professional client or eligible counterparty.  If you have any doubts about your status, you must NOT access the Site. Registered Access

If you register and are granted access by us, you:

• must treat all information from the Site as confidential and must not disclose it to any third party or allow any third party to access any Site using your log-in name and password;
• you are prohibited from using anyone else’s log-in name or password to access the Site;
• are responsible for any use of any Site by any third party who accesses the Site using your log-in name and/or password; and
• shall notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of any Site or of your log-in name and/or password.

You shall not and will not permit any third party to use or introduce into this Site or Content any device, code, software, or routine that could damage or interfere with the proper operation of this Site or Content, or damage or interfere with any software, hardware or systems, whether ours or those of any third party. You shall not directly or indirectly take any action to unduly stress this Site, including by way of example and not limitation, incurring session lengths or conducting search queries that we reasonably determine to be abusive, or use any scraper, robot, spider, or other automated mechanism to access this Site or access or download any Content.

We reserve the right to monitor your use of the Sites to provide guidance and assistance in the use of the Sites, and to monitor your compliance with these Terms of Use.  You acknowledge, and hereby consent to, such monitoring.  We reserve the right to terminate your access to and use of any or all Sites if, in our reasonable belief, you have violated OR BREACHED any of the terms or CONDITIONS in these Terms of Use.

Force Majeure
